Incredible service and efficiency are the words that I would use to describe Satbuyer. I emailed from Spain to say that I wanted to order a Humax receiver from you but that I wanted it delivered on a particular day the following week when I was due to return to the UK. The morning of the delivery I received an email stating that Interlink would deliver the item between 09:18 and 10:18....at 09:21 the doorbell rang and a very courteous delivery man presented me with a well packaged Humax box...well done! I have never, ever received such good service from a company I have ordered from before. I ordered a Humax Foxsat PVR from Satbuyer (at the best price I could find anywhere in the uk with standard delivery) on Tuesday at about 1-30pm. By 12-30pm on Wednesday, the item had been delivered perfectly packaged by the excellent delivery company they use (Interlink Express). I was astounded that such great service still existed, why can't everyone operate like Satbuyer? Great purchasing experience.

One of the best internet shopping experiences I think I have ever had! I purchased a Freesat + HD box from Satbuyer and regrettably was not happy with the product so emailed to seek advice. A replacement was delivered two days later, as it turned out the issue I had with the goods turned out to be the products traits! Satbuyer where so understanding, I was offered a full refund or an exchange for another make of PVR device. I elected to exchange and took delivery of the Humax FOXSAT-HDR the following day. The Humax is fabulous I can thoroughly recommend it and as for Satbuyer there is just nobody else I would consider using for any entertainment goods.

Just thought I would drop you a line to say that the box arrived OK on Friday and I set it up on Friday evening, the enclosed instructions enclosed in the box were excellent and I was able to navigate the Sky Help desk, even if they were a little bemused that I had a HD box with a Sky + subscription. ( apparently they need to know its a HD box to pair the card) They did try to sell me HD and additional channels but did not want to buy. I am impressed that I have seen a picture quality improvement on my Panasonic CRT over SCART on all channels. I am still hard pushed to upgrade it to LCD or Plasma yet especially with this improvement I am a big sports fan and have yet to see a sub £1000 Plasma that impresses me enough to spend the money. Thanks once again and look forward to doing business again in the near future.

First class service. Ordered a Pace TDS470N Sky+ Digibox Wednesday late evening, emails confirming order and UPS delivery by next morning and delivery took place Friday am. Installation was easy and the set-up with Sky took no time at all. The whole process was easy and good value. Too early to assess the product, but so far it is significantly superior to the Amstrad box it replaces.
