One of the best internet shopping experiences I think I have ever had! I purchased a Freesat + HD box from Satbuyer and regrettably was not happy with the product so emailed to seek advice. A replacement was delivered two days later, as it turned out the issue I had with the goods turned out to be the products traits! Satbuyer where so understanding, I was offered a full refund or an exchange for another make of PVR device. I elected to exchange and took delivery of the Humax FOXSAT-HDR the following day. The Humax is fabulous I can thoroughly recommend it and as for Satbuyer there is just nobody else I would consider using for any entertainment goods.

Once again in November 2008 it started again with most of the film channels coming up as 'no signal' or pixellating. Just thought I would drop you a line to say that the box arrived OK on Friday and I set it up on Friday evening, the enclosed instructions enclosed in the box were excellent and I was able to navigate the Sky Help desk, even if they were a little bemused that I had a HD box with a Sky + subscription. ( apparently they need to know its a HD box to pair the card) They did try to sell me HD and additional channels but did not want to buy. I am impressed that I have seen a picture quality improvement on my Panasonic CRT over SCART on all channels. I am still hard pushed to upgrade it to LCD or Plasma yet especially with this improvement I am a big sports fan and have yet to see a sub £1000 Plasma that impresses me enough to spend the money. Many thanks for the prompt and speedy dispatch of my order. It arrived safely next day via UPS, who were also excellent in keeping me informed of delivery etc. Connecting up could not have been easier, just swap cables from Sky + to new HD box, Connect to TV with supplied HDMI lead, phone Sky to pair up card and hey presto great HD pictures. Total time o install including phone call to SKY to receiving new channels, just short of 30 minutes. This saved me nearly £100 on Skys quote of £299.99. I am not technically minded, so all you people out there who are not sure of your capabilities, save yourself a few quid and do it yourself!!

Placed an order for a pace DS440N via the internet on late monday evening. Had email straight away comfirming order, Then an email on tuesday to say parcel had been dispatched. Parcel arrived am wednesday. Excellent service from both satbuyer and ups delivery and tracking service. I ordered the pace DS440N to replace an older pace digi box . The new box is a lot faster in channel changes and is a lot faster in the EPG. Buy this box from satbuyer and at this price you cannot go wrong.
